It is an honour for Bilbao to host the X International Congress of Protocol on the 19, 20 and 21 November this year. It will attract numerous professionals from the public and private sectors who over the course of several days will have a chance to reflect upon, discuss, analyse and propose new ways of applying protocol within its different spheres - official, international, business, sports, etc.

It is also significant that this event will mark the 10th anniversary of this International Congress. I should therefore like to welcome you to this city and assure you that Bilbao will not disappoint you.
